· Primary Packaging: Applying vision and robots to solve difficult solutions not meant for more mechanical solutions. Our systems pick both unpackaged (naked) and packaged items, whether loading directly to a flow wrapper, H/F/F system, carton or case. Advanced solutions include product stacking (tortilla’s, pizza’s, pancakes, waffles), variety pack, dinner tray loading, meal kit assembly and more!

· Secondary Packaging: Case packing solutions to load flexible bags and cartons into case formats such as RSC, wrap around, retail ready, shelf ready, pallet display, tray, totes, baskets and more. 

· Turnkey Packaging Systems: We can sell you just a machine, but typically our customers look to us to provide a complete system. Including the upstream product and case infeed and downstream case discharge. Many of our new developments have been focused on these areas to further streamline your process, making the overall system more efficient. An additional benefit is being able to come to BPA to see a complete line FAT. This includes setting up and running all the equipment purchased from BPA (BPA and OEM) at our facility during the FAT.
